Somewhere along the way, we've forgotten how to simply be.

We're constantly connected, endlessly scrolling, replying, comparing, consuming. Yet many women tell me they feel more disconnected than ever—from nature, from their creativity and, most importantly, from themselves.

That's exactly why I created Paint & Walk™.

Not as an art class.

Not as a bushwalk.

You do not need any artistic experience whatsoever.

In fact, many of the women who join me haven't picked up a paintbrush since primary school. Others insist they're "not creative" before arriving and they're usually the first to surprise themselves.

Paint & Walk™ isn't about painting a masterpiece.

It's about giving yourself permission to slow down.

To notice the colours of the sky.

The texture of tree bark.

The rhythm of waves.

The birds you normally don't hear because your headphones are in.

Nature has an incredible way of restoring us when we allow it to.

As we wander together through beautiful Australian landscapes, something begins to shift. Conversations become deeper. Laughter comes more easily. The constant mental chatter starts to quieten. By the time we sit down to paint, most women have already experienced something far more valuable than creating a picture.

They've found space to breathe again.

My philosophy is simple:

Create. Connect. Conserve.

Create because creativity isn't a talent reserved for artists, it's part of being human.

Connect because life feels richer when we share experiences, stories and moments with others who understand us.

Conserve because spending time immersed in nature naturally deepens our desire to protect it. We care for what we truly experience.

Keeping our groups to just eight women is intentional. It creates an intimate, welcoming environment where everyone is seen, everyone belongs and no one gets lost in a crowd.

There's no judgement here.

No expectations.

No perfect paintings.

Just permission to show up exactly as you are.
