Most artworks can be easily hung with standard picture hooks. All framed paintings have a quality hanging system behind the art piece for you ready to hang.

For the oversized XL 160x120cm+ and 140x140cm sizes, we highly recommend two installation points on your wall. A D-ring will be installed on each side of the frame. Please use these D-rings to hang the art directly onto the hooks installed on the wall. Do not add wire to hang heavy pieces.

Quality & Warranty: It is rare, but sometimes accidents happen. To ensure you can have peace of mind when ordering art online, I offer to replace the artwork immediately if in the very rare case your art is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item.

Once your items have been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number attached. This tracking number will link to the carrier's tracking website, enabling you to track the status of your order. Please note that in some cases, tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to be accurately reflected. You are most welcome to pick up your painting direct from me the artist at Northbridge, Sydney, Australia.

We will pack your artwork with the upmost care in secure layers of bubble wrap, reinforced card layers and a heavy duty protective cardboard box. Unframed prints are carefully wrapped and rolled, packed securely in a heavy-duty mailing tube.

Our instances of damage in transit are extremely low due to the care we take in packaging your artwork.

After the framing or made to order timeframe, we estimate delivery to most places in Australia, United States and Canada between 3 and 7 business days. Allow up to 7 days for deliveries outside the above countries.

In peak seasons such as prior to Christmas or the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, please allow longer delivery timeframes.

When an item is shipped you receive a tracking link, and you will receive a specific delivery estimate from the courier via the tracking page.
